Are you an elite, certified commercial diver with specialized experience in heavy underwater salvage, underwater welding, and exothermic cutting? Are you ready to deploy your skills in remote locations?
Canadian Underwater Inspection Services Ltd. is seeking resilient, highly motivated individuals to join our team for a major, high-stakes salvage project in the Arctic. This contract position requires top-tier professionals capable of executing precision underwater cutting and structural welding .
Camp Logistics, Travel & Accommodations
- Transportation: Full mobilization and demobilization travel provided.
- Lodging: Lodging will be provided for the duration of travel and onsite work
- Food: All meals will be covered for the duration of travel and onsite work
Skills:
- Salvage & Cutting: Execute underwater cutting using oxy-arc (Broco).
- Welding: Perform high-quality above-water and underwater welds.
- Rigging: Safely rig cables and lift bags to heavy marine infrastructure.
- Surveys & Inspections: Conduct underwater structural assessments, non-destructive testing (NDT), and high-definition video documentation of the salvage site.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to diving protocols.
