Job description:

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Operations Lead. Please apply if you are a resourceful individual who possesses a professional attitude and have a working experience in:

- Workforce supervision
- Scheduling and Crewing
- Maintenance of equipment
- Hyperbaric chamber operations
- Health and Safety Management Systems
- Preventative Maintenance systems

Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, good work ethic, written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, time and personnel management skills. Experience in diving / ROV / marine operations is beneficial. Certification as engineer, engineering technologist, or Diving Safety Specialist would be beneficial.
